Recently, our filter press manufacturer visited the production site of a customer in the electric porcelain industry. Successfully signed orders for ten filter presses and five plunger pumps in response to their needs.
One of the highlights is that we have achieved a breakthrough by using innovative technology to pressurize two ceramic filter presses with a stainless steel plunger pump. In the production of electric ceramics, fine filtration and efficient transportation of raw materials are crucia. Our filter press utilizes advanced filtration technology, paired with high-quality filter plates, to accurately separate fine impurities from electric porcelain raw materials and retain effective ingredients. And the plunger pump provides stable pressure supply for the filter press with high pressure and precise flow control. What's more, the filter press can achieve a moisture content as low as 19% in the pressed materials and a pressure of up to 3.0 megapascals, which significantly contributes to the excellent performance in solid-liquid separation.
