1. PP polymer polypropylene chamber filter plate,the most commonly used, is very resistant to various acids and bases, including the strongest acid, hydrofluoric acid, and has good acid resistance. Its working temperature is relatively low. In practice that it can withstand materials up to 70°for a short period of time.
2. PVDF recessed filter plate is the organic material with the best acid resistance and temperature resistance. The normal temperature resistance can reach about 150°, but the alkali resistance is extremely poor.
3. The natural rubber filter plate has good elasticity but poor strength. Especially the diaphragm, it is good to use natural rubber.
4. The aluminum filter plate is the lightest among the metal filter plates, but the acid resistance is relatively poor.
5. Cast iron filter plate has heavy weight, poor acid resistance but extremely high temperature resistance.
6. Stainless steel filter plate has better acid and alkali resistance, but the price is the highest among all filter plates. The material itself is expensive, and machining is very time-consuming.
