High Pressure Filter Press Maintenance
(1) Always keep the hydraulic system clean and stable to prevent other sundries from being immersed into the malfunction.
(2) The filter cloth should be kept flat during the filter press process, no wrinkles allowed, visible clean the filter cloth if necessary.
(3) Check the filter cloth frequently. If there is any leakage, replace and patch it up in time. Seam when repairing the filter cloth, cut off the leaks and then sew them to prevent the sealing surface overlap, increase the thickness of the filter cloth.
(4) Periodically inject grease into the bearings, and apply grease to the transmission chain and track of the equipment sprinkle oil and clean up dirt.
(5) Since the hydraulic station in the hydraulic system is a confined space,
with long-term use, the hydraulic oil will become less and less. When the hydraulic oil cannot reduce, the oil pump will run idling, which may burn the motor and it will cause hydraulic pressure system damage. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly add oil to the hydraulic system, change the oil, and clean the filter. Oiler to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
(6) When the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is lower than 10℃, the heater can be used to increase the oil temperature.
(7) Use the equipment correctly, especially don’t turn on the filter press on an empty stomach. If so, the filter plate is very easy to be deformed, damaged, and even cause equipment paralysis.
(8) Filter cloth is an indispensable part of machinery and equipment, after cleaning, let it dry, never let the filter cloth too dry.
