Question 1:The pressure of slip pump hydraulic system is abnormal or the noise of oil pump is so large that the slip pressure cann’t rise
Reason:
(1) Oil filter is blocked up.
(2) Oil is not enough in the oil box, so the oil pump could not absorb the oil
(3) Oil pump is frayed and leak seriously.
(4) Over-flow valve is broken
(5) Hydraulic system has serious oil leak ( oil tube is broken; the seal parts are seriouly
frayed or aging).
(6) Viscosity of the hydraulic is too big that the oil can't get in.Or too small that lead to leakage.
Answer:
(1) replace the oil filter or oil
(2) increase the oil
(3) replace oil distribution casing of the oil pump or replace oil pump
(4) replace the Over-flow valve
(5) check and exclude it

(6) change the suitable oil
Question 2: Malfunction of slip system lead to the shortage of output, the ceramic slip pump pressure cann’t rise. Or the slip pump working pressure of two tanks is unequal, the pressure is fluctuating greatly
Reason:
(1) Absorbing tube is above the slip surface
(2) Absorbing tube is blocked up.
(3) Absorbing tube is leaking gas.
(4) Absorbing slip valve work abnormally,
the gap between nylon guide sleeve and guide rod is so small that the valve core cann’t work up and down flexibly.
Or the gap is so large that it leads to incompact. Valve sheet is broken.
(5) Seal ring is scratched by iron sheet, or big particle underlays it so the slurry valve could not be hermetic.
(6) Seal ring is frayed.
(7) Piston is frayed and has deep groove.
Answer:
(1) increase the slip
(2) wash the pipeline
(3)check the connection and exclude it
(4) check and replace
(5) replace the seal ring
(6) press the seal ring tightly
(7) if you press the seal ring tightly, the slip is still leaking, replace the piston
