When the water enters the hydraulic oil, the water molecules attract each other to form clusters, and the large clusters of water molecules are suspended in the hydraulic oil. It changes back to small water molecules, dispersed in the oil pump together with the hydraulic oil molecules, and then undergoes oxidation and deterioration of the air, and the hydraulic oil will turn white.
The water molecules in the hydraulic oil reduce the density of the hydraulic oil, and the mixture cannot maintain the original volume under the same pressure, the compressibility of the hydraulic oil changes greatly, and the pressure becomes smaller.
Many companies choose to place the automatic filter pressin the open air. The equipment will be exposed to the sun and rain for a long time, and the pipelines and oil pumps of the hydraulic system will also age, resulting in poor sealing and water molecules entering the hydraulic system.
