Generally, N46 hydraulic oil is used in summer, and N32 hydraulic oil is used in winter; the rotation direction of the starter motor must be consistent with the marked direction; Rotate clockwise to make the oil pressure level rise slowly, and the plunger will rise slowly with it. Then adjust the position of the stroke wheel so that the plunger moves up and down normally, and the pressure of the medium used can be adjusted through the channel flow valve. After the pressure is adjusted and stabilized, it can be locked, and the second startup does not need to be adjusted again; when the plunger is closed When slippery slurry occurs, press the water pressure ring properly until it does not slip. If there is slippery slurry even when the water pressure ring is locked and has contacted the box, the plunger water seal must be replaced.

Maintenance of hydraulic ceramic plunger pump: Select high-quality and qualified anti-wear hydraulic oil, and replace the new oil in half a year. It is forbidden to use without cooling water; the sealing ring of the plunger should not be pressed too tightly，the three bolts should be in the same level; when the pump is not used for a long time in the cold season, the water and residues in the pump should be cleaned to prevent freezing and cracking. Always check the wearing sealing rings of the hydraulic system and the pipeline. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Try to extend the plunger stroke as long as possible. It is advisable that the piston does not collide with the cylinder, and the reversing is flexible;

If it is found that the terminal pressure is not stabilized, the fluctuation value of the force meter is greater than 0.2mpa. The pump must be stopped frequently for inspection. Open the choke valve and let the mud out. If you find any abnormal sound, you should stop the pump for maintenance, and use it after the fault is eliminated.
