How to use and maintain Plunger Mud Pump
1. When not in use, please place it in a dry, clean, and non-corrosive gas environment
middle.
2. The high-quality electric mud pump is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery (except the easy wearing parts). If there is any damage during this period, our company undertakes the repair business and prepares other parts.
3. The electric slurry transport pump should be inspected regularly, generally at least once every three months. The valve box should be overhauled once a month, and all overhaul should be disassembled to deal with internal particle. If there are damaged parts, the mud feed pump should be replaced with parts.
4. When using a electric mud pump, do not let it working above 2.0mpa, so the pump usage life will be longer.
5.Before usage, check whether slurry tube is air leaking or not, confirming slurry valve of ceramic sludge pump is cloesed.
6. For new ceramic plunger pump or long-term unused ceramic piston pumps, If abnormal noise is found during use, stop the machine immediately and check the reason. You can only continue to use it until you solve the problem.
7 . Ordinary motor type is prohibited to work under the condition of flammable and corrosive gas, to ensure reliable production and the normal operation of ceramic mud pump.
