How to replace easy-wearing parts of the ceramic plunger mud pump?
1. Replacement of seal ring of plunger mud pump
Remove the screws of water-pressing ring, adjust the overflow valve to gradually increase the system oil pressure, push the piston, use the mud pressure to loosen the seal ring, lift the piston and stop the ceramic mud pump, remove the connecting screw between the piston rod and the plunger, remove the sealing ring, and carefully put the plunger into the mud plunger pump body, install the sealing ring, and tighten the screws one by one at the same level.
2. Replacement of plunger
The method is the same as point 1. When the plunger is raised to a higher position, stop the pump, remove the screw connecting the piston rod and plunger. Then pull out the plunger and stuffing box together. After that, replacing the new plunger, tighten the above screws one by one at the same level.
3. Replacement of oil pump
Remove the fuel tank cap screws, lift the fuel tank cap (with the motor), and be careful to avoid damaging the oil filter and oil pipe when working, and remove the suction and discharge pipes from the oil pump, and then remove the screws which fix the oil pump, then the oil pump can be removed.
Note:
A. When disassembling the right cylinder to replace the striker on the piston, pay attention to that the striker must avoid the gap in the lower end of the cylinder (the connecting port on the right), otherwise, the oil cannot be filled and the piston will not change direction.
B. The fuel tank should always be kept clean, and the tank cover and integrated block should not be washed with water.
C. The hydraulic oil must be kept clean frequently, and the quality of the oil must be checked regularly.
D. After adjusting the pressure of the mud plunger pump, the overflow should not be adjusted usually. Otherwise the original system will be messed up and it will be prone to failure.
F. If abnormal sound occurs, shut down immediately, check the source of the fault, and repair it.
4. Replacement of Valve Plate
Stop the ceramic piston pump, release the slurry pressure. Then open the valve box, replace the valve plate. When flushing the valve box and replacing its parts, do not set the tightening rod , The top is too tight so that it does not leak.
