Why ceramic piston pump has no oil pressure?
Recently one customer told that their ceramic piston pump has no oil pressure.
Our tehnical said the cause as follows:
Oil tube (inside the oil case) oil leaking
The oil pump is broken
The pressure valve is broken.
The iron seat is block or broken.
Solution:
Open the oil box, check the tube to see whether its oil leaking or not, if broken, change it.
Check the oil pump whether its sound strange or not, if strange, open it, and check its rotation rod, if rotation rod broken, change the oil pump. If oil pump is just blocked, clean it, install it again.
If iron seat is blocked, open and clean it. If broken, change it.
