　　Main reason:

　　D) When the filter plate is not cleaned thoroughly, it may cause the medium to leak, as long as the medium leaks, small grooves will be punched out at the edge of the plate frame. If large amount of medium leakage, it will definitely cause the pressure reduce, water could not be filtered out, the mud will contains much water.

Solution:

　　A) Carefully use a nylon cleaning scraper to remove the mud from the feed inlet;

　　B) After completing a filtration cycle, reduce the volume of the filter plate;

　　C) Check carefully whether there is a problem with the filter cloth, and then check whether it is smooth. Checking whether the outlet is smooth or not, and clean the drain. open the corresponding pressure valve, and release pressure off.

　　D) Carefully clean and repair the filter plate.
