During the working process of the sludge filter press, the filtrate flowing out must be carefully observed and the number of the filter plate must be recorded when muddy water is found, so as to facilitate inspection and treatment, and replace the filter cloth or filter plate in time.
When removing, pay attention to observe the specific damage of the filter cloth and pp filter plate, whether the center hole is blocked and when the filter plate is closed for use, whether the filter cloth is folded, whether the pressure angle contains slime cake, etc.
If the situation is serious, the chamber filter press should be closed immediately.Replace the damaged filter cloth in time to ensure the concentration of the filtrate.
