Precautions for Filter Press Safe Operation
10. Wash the filter press filter cloth as required to increase the water permeability of the filter cloth and improve the efficiency of filter press.
11. Before stopping, stop feeding and unload all the materials in the filter press before stopping. It is strictly forbidden to stop with materials.
12. After the board frame is loosened, after the slag is finished under one board, use a plastic spatula to clean the remaining waste, and then clean the other board. It is strictly forbidden not to clean the residue.
13. After unloading the board slag, when cleaning the board frame and filter cloth, ensure that the holes are unblocked, and do not allow the residue to stick to the sealing surface or the feeding channel.
14. When installing the board, when the board frame moves on the main beam, it must not be collided or beaten. The force should be evenly applied to prevent damage to the handle and damage to the sealing surface.
15. The damaged filter cloth should be replaced in time. When installing the filter cloth, it must be flat and not allowed to be folded to prevent damage and material leakage when the plate frame is compressed.
16. When storing the disassembled board and frame, it should be laid flat to prevent warping and deformation.
17. The sealing surface of the recessed filter plate must be clean and free of wrinkles. The filter plate should be vertical and tidy with the main beam, and must not be leaning forward and backward, otherwise the pressing action must not be started.
18. It is strictly forbidden to extend the head and limbs into the filter plate during the process of unloading the slag.
19. Leaking muddy water and damaged filter cloths should be replaced in time, washed, dried, stacked neatly, and treated in a unified manner.
20. Keep the filter cloth free from entrainment and wrinkles. Keep the surface of the pp chamber filter plate flat and smooth. The handle of the filter plate should be handled gently. When pressing, ensure that the filter plate discharges neatly and does not deviate from the compression centerline.
