1. The filter cloth (filter press parts) is placed incorrectly. 2. Insufficient pressure of press filter machine. Thefilter plateand filter cloth must be under high pressure so that they could form a closed filter chamber. When this pressure is insufficient, when it is lower than the industrial filter press slurry pressure, the slurry will leak through the gap.
3. Deformation or damage of the filter plate. When the edge of the filter plate is damaged, even slightly protrusion, the filter chambers it formed will have gap which will also lead to slurry leak which will be relatively large, what is more, it may even be ejected.
