Filter Plate Damage Reason and Solution　　Main reason:　　　　A) The mud is too thick or there are dry blocks left, causing the blockage of the feeding port, There are no other substances inside the filter plate, only the hydraulic system pressure existing, which extremely easy cause damage due to prolonged pressure.　　　　B) When the feed is insufficient or the feed contains inappropriate solid particles, it will also cause excessive force or damage to the filter press plate.　　　　C) If the outlet is blocked by solids or the feed valve or discharge valve is closed when starting, it will lead to be no place for pressure to release, pressure filter plate may cause damage.　　　　D) When the filter plate is not cleaned thoroughly, it may cause the medium to leak, as long as the medium leaks, small grooves will be punched out at the edge of the plate frame. If large amount of medium leakage, it will definitely cause the pressure reduce, water could not be filtered out, the mud will contains much water.　　Solution:　　　　A) Carefully use a nylon cleaning scraper to remove the mud from the feed inlet;　　　　B) After completing a filtration cycle, reduce the volume of the filter plate;　　　　C) Check carefully whether there is a problem with the filter cloth, and then check whether it is smooth. Checking whether the outlet is smooth or not, and clean the drain. open the corresponding pressure valve, and release pressure off.　　　　D) Carefully clean and repair the filter plate.
